thanks for the compliment, guys. captnj, not quite.. because i start squatting and deadlifting, then i can up the size, else benching alone like a blur sotong previously can never bring up the size. lok3, ya lor.. at least i do it just before lunch time. People thought i homo or something coz was taking with my malay colleague. lucky i didn't do it in my underwear, LOL. nutritionpark, we do what we can. if u compare running, heck, i sure collapsed after 0.5km of running. Got heart murmurs problem, simply no stamina. but being big in singapore is disadvantageous especially when it come to courting women; I tried to court all the girls in my poly class; total of 20 of them. fat, tall, short, skinny, ugle, plain-jane, u name it.... all failed. I courted one of my indian classmate, i find her attractive but not the other way around. Tried to court a girl previously in the part time IT course, she was half my size and often sat beside me, when i expressed my interest in her, she withdrew from course, cut her home phone and quit her job... sigh..

Haha! i went for one, then failed, then go for another one, then failed, repeat process again. not a simultaneous courting type. that was more than a decade ago. i got no $$, no looks, no car etc. well, even with my current wife, i also have to put in ALOT of effort. why, even that was a long time ago, the failures had a very long bitter aftertaste. phew, thank goodness that phase is over.

It's only after i start training that i understand y pple take steroids n hormones for their training. Cos it's so d**n taxing on both the bod n the mind if u work out everyday like that. N i gotta admit that sometimes when i see some dudes doing lighter weights than u w bigger muscles..... I feel d**n jealous.
Well, anyway, i m in this urban male contest and the finals will b held in Plaza sing around 10-14 nov. If i do get in the finals, do come down to support me ah.

Perhaps you can dedicate some time to that instead and then u can train harder, recover faster and progrss faster.

yes, i do general have a physical weakness especially on endurance issues. can advise how to go about to improve my GPP? kum sia. actually what i find to be VERY good is on off days do the follwing. 20 jumping jacks no rest 7 burpees with a jump at the end no rest 16 mountain climbers (get on all 4, alternate legs, one thrust out, one tuck into chest, just like climbing a mountan but on teh flat ground) no rest 12 pushups Total time about 1 min 20 sec. thats 1 set rest if necessary, as you get fitter, the jumping jacks become rest, they are the most slack of the lot. decent GPP would be maybe 5 sets without stopping. My athletes must be able to do at least 8. First day try 1 set, rest 1 min, another set etc maybe 4 sets total. work up the sets and down the rest till u can do 8 in a row. I GUARANTEE this will help your trainign efficiancy. hehe maybe you'll lose some fat too if you stay off the macs:) haha You will recover faster between sets and between workouts, and im sure you will be able to do more than 2 working sets. Yes recovery goes down a bit when you get older. But then again some of the world strongest man competitors are in their late thirties and their events have a lot of strenght endurance component to it as well. e.g. conans wheel, the farmers walk, the rock carrying for distance etc. Those guy may not run a fast 10 k but i guarantee you the good ones are fit. regds Jonathan

I haven't eaten at mcdonald's for d**n long liao man. Aiyah to get leaner just workout w ur wife lah. My friend said that sex is betta than running 2.4km man. Plus i read somewhere that sex stimulates ur hormone production. Try it. If it works, do let us know.
