stats? u mean lift? i count those that i can do 6 and above reps properly. Here's my humble lifts.. squat - 160kg reverse deadlift - 140kg incline press - 80kg shoulder press - 70kg barbell row - 110kg close grip reverse pulldown - 110kg dumbbell row - 45kg (had to use an EZ bar to do this) bicep curl - 40kg no more flat bench coz of my injured left RC. i can't flat bench an empty bar without feeling pain. i'm really fatty. bf 22-24%. i do eat like a mouse, problem is that i'm endormorph..

yes the poundage above do include the bar as i do them in the power rack. i am not that strong...
cannot compare egg for an egg. the weights aren't much if u do a ratio comparison of body weight versus poundage lift. eg. 120kg squat 160kg, ratio is 1:1.33, it is like a 80kg man squatting 105kg.
but if a 80kg can squat 160kg, now that is impressive! 1:2.0

on the otherhand 77-85kg class are where the guys with teh best weight to strenght ratios are. This is evidenced from world class powerlifting and oly-lfting comps also, those that engage in highly active sports like ruby, dragon boat racing etc tend to have the better edge in strength gain as compared to those that dont. Right? saw one architect before who did ruby in his teens and young adulthood. His calves were like footballs. And certainly can squat 400-600lb if he want to. very sturdy fella. see how it goes, now into my 2nd year of gym training. If new job is more demanding, then may have to scale back or abandon this sport.
