nothing beats doing heavy squat/DL and throw up later on. ;D dl / squats cannot beat sldl after squats ;D ull exp a fainting sensation when soon after ull wanna puke

K lah k lah. Some legs lah. Haha! U very onz ab legs leh. actually i like chest more leh ;D can have a knightly figure legs are just complimentry though i like the feeling of squatting huge poundages which unfortunately i havent ;D

wtf is that rotate ur arms 180' then bench to ur back ah ;D no lah.. instead of normal palm, u have to reverse it like doing a barbell curl. so imagine u lie on the bench, lift the bar off like as if u are doing barbell curl, then lower down the bar to your chest and up. flat benchpress is out for me.

no lah.. instead of normal palm, u have to reverse it like doing a barbell curl. so imagine u lie on the bench, lift the bar off like as if u are doing barbell curl, then lower down the bar to your chest and up. flat benchpress is out for me. orr the reverse close grip bench ;D its more of a tricep exercise and u risk the bar rolling off ur palms and slamming onto ur sterum ;D do bench dun need so much stunt one lar normal one will do

ya, tried that on an empty bar. doesn't feel right. tried flat benchpress, really bad. 60kg also can cause pain to shoulder. sian. at least still managed to do leg press with 8 plates a side for 8 reps. knee wraps, belt and all. but the 9 plates abit buay chai. will try again 2 weeks from now.

anyway, today managed to do 3 plates a side barbell row. woohoo. tried to do 8 but at the 4 reps, form is sloppy and almost cheat all the way to reach 8. 2nd set, 3rd rep shacked liao, 3rd set lagi cannot say. but at least got improvement. aim for another 2 more month to bring the form into control.

I don't know much about heavy-duty lifting, but for your type I must say you seem to have done a good job so far. Why not do cardio? Aiyoh, it's hard at first, but gets easier & in the long run can help lose the excess leh.
