soon..soon..1 more year to go. i find that cutting down is the most difficult part of this sport. oracle, even on a bulking phase its best not to get too fat haha... becos the sad thing is that if a fat guy eats over normal calores hes more likely to store fat... i like to keep myself and my athletes under approx 15%... even when bulking. regds jonathan

ya, tried to. 15% is for vigurous young men. 30+ men tend to be heavier with more bodyfat. Here's what i change since 4 months ago; - intake of whey protein up to 4 scoops a day. - Do heavy compound exercise. make sure that i can at least put on 2.5kg more than previous poundages.. try... - follow doggcrapp training routine. i find it more difficult to cut down bodyfat than to up my poundage. Think better change over to weightlifting than bodybuilding. if i can look like this www.musclescience.com.au/images/photos/MD1%20Column.jpg and lift tons of poundage, that will be great.

Very impressive! I've been trying to increase the size of my biceps but almost no progress so far. Its only 15" now. Any suggestions? Would it help if I take those mass builders?

do squats to get big overall. deep squats. deadlifts would be next. for arms to get the mass, i blast them with heavy heavy olympic barbell curls. i go down to 2-3reps for 55kgs. variety and shock is the key to get the stubborn arms growing. i do supersets, dropsets, max-ot for arms to get my arms growing to 17+inchs.

No pt getting biceps big. Blast ur abs, chest n shoulders. Cos when u r doing ur chest n shoulders, ur arms will b used as well. N they will grow proportionally w ur chests n shoulders. Arms dun need too big. Get ur torso defined first. Then work on other parts.
Ur torso will give u strength to do other exercises later on if u make it strong.
