I dun do ab exercises to cut. I do it cos i want my abs muscles to get bigger. More muscles equals higher metabolism rate, so it in turn hlps w cuting. I eat very little nowadays n i take a fat burner as well. For the first 3 weeks, i start my workout w 15 mins intense cardio to raise my metabolism. Remember i was fat? I work so many times for definition. M sure u realise ur bulge going down if u dun work some parts more than a week? Well, since i m schooling now, i have very little time now. I will do my legs his coming hols from december. I give myself anoher 6 months o obtain a balanced physique. Can i ask what have do ab exercises gotta do with cutting ur fat ;D fat loss is possible only through cardiovascular exercises+dietting anyway if ur doing a 6 day split like in ur webbi, u should have more then enuff time to build ur legs.No need to work chest and abs some many time a wk once would do.Btw ur quads look like ur calves, better work them of ull look like a arcitectually flawed building ;D with a tiny lobby and massive top level .

Btw, Lok, u have pics to show? Will like to see how our moderators look like. Have seen captnJ, oracle but not you and Hardcore. Show us some pics leh. haha soon currently at 76.5kg at 11% bf went down from 85kg at 18%bf 2 months ago.Will post when i get a fugging digi cam before i start my nxt bulking cycle

I got my results in 3 months. It's now 4 months since i started. Since it's such a short period of time, i had to focus, like i said in a previous thread. N i put a lot of emphasis on my abs cos i used to b fat. Many have told me that my legs are small, but i think that i can't really b so muscular everywhere. Cos as u can see, even when i train my other parts so often, they r still not very defined as i will like to b. So, if i take some time off to train other parts, i will b sacrificing precious time for my chest, abs n shoulers (parts which i feel is most important to myself). But, this hols prolly i will make myself more proportional. I dun wanna b bulky though. Just muscular n toned is nice. is not easy to become big, it requires a lot of dedication

Where do u study? In uni, life is very hectic. I got a test this sat n next tue and the following sat and all count to the final score. So, u can see how xiong it is? Test every few days. On top of that, there r lotsa homework n lab work. But hols r coming soon. I m looking forward to it man.

Hardcore , no offence here , i think there some problem with your diet right ? bulking=eat and get fat+gain more muscle ;D unless ur using vitamin S, u cannot gain pure lean mass while losing weight

I m looking forward to it man. i'm now in NUS doing my final year... d**n sad sch life coming to an end... tests and projects are very common... i dun know abt ur faculty but my CA only counts for 40% so i guess it's alright not to bother too much abt it. even if bo chap also can get at least 20+% right? ahaha.. just study harder for exams lar. maybe u're busy cos ur labwork takes up lotsa time in sch. For me, the contact hrs are short cos the sch give us lotsa projects to do, o i'll use the free time to hit the gym. BTW, lectures are not complusory, u know that right?

I attend lectures cos if i don't, i will feel bad. Even when i go there n slp, i feel more comfortable. Same as you, my CA also makes up 40%. But i gotta b at least average to get Bs mah. Don't wanna waste my time in sch. Since i m in sch, might as well make the most out of it n get an honours n not some ordinary pass mah. Besides, it's not very hard to get an honours. N next time, if my kids r lazy, i can say" See papa so hardworking....." Haha! I m only yr 2 man. Still got so many yrs to go. Btw, which fac u from?
