training tips...you should ask captnJ. he's got much more training experience and knowledge, as well as strenght. or maybe hire him as your personal trainer. perhaps he might help you to progress and set new goals for yourself. woudn't that be wonderful ? tks. but i rather flip thru my ton of useless mags at hme.... One last point irrelevent to gym or weights: Your attitude in the posts, IMHO , comes across as rude and childish. YOu don't seem to be capable of expressing yourself in a civil or mature way or state clearly WHY you beleive that his claims are implausible. not flamming?

I train sometimes a chinese swimming club. And whereever my clients can make it to. I like the jurong east clubfit and kallang as well. Maybe not so much Jurong east now... one of my clients "graduated" and wont be seeing me for a while:)

Hi moo. hahah there were several males staring at my lifts during that fine day i succeeded at the 65 kg x2 good mornings. I got injured a while after, then was overseas for a significant period of time etc etc, dropped 1.5 kg of weight and am no longer capable of such a lift. right now I'm working my good mornings at 40-50kg only. I probably will not be lifting 65 for good mornings again anytime before mid December. as for which clubfitt gym , see if you can find me ;D few girls do good mornings...come to think of it, i've only seen ONE guy doing good mornings, so there's a high chance that it's me. regards , mriya

aiya. forum chi-chat. don't take it so serious. Freakazoid and i roam other bodybuilding forums as well and we had encountered teenagers who claimed that they can do benchpress 3 plates a side but failed to backup their claims. so we do have our reasons to caste doubts about people that make enormous BP claims. Anyway, i believe freakazoid havent know captnj as what i had known captnj previously from forum.hardwarezone.com so i knew his background fairly well. So it is naturally to caste doubts. well, Big thing become small thing, small thing become no thing. we all do this for the love of iron.
peace, peace, peace. got time, can meet u all and buy u all beer and kway chap.

Dear CaptnJ, I think u need to work more on ur abs, chest n shoulders. Get more cutting at these places. It will make u look nicer. Tree-trunk legs aren't going to make you look nice very much. For a guy, i think that these 3 parts r the most important. N u must have them all together.

But i must say u have got pretty broad shoulders already. If u cut ur waist size down to 31 or 30, u will prolly look very gd.

I got my results in 3 months. It's now 4 months since i started. Since it's such a short period of time, i had to focus, like i said in a previous thread. N i put a lot of emphasis on my abs cos i used to b fat. Many have told me that my legs are small, but i think that i can't really b so muscular everywhere. Cos as u can see, even when i train my other parts so often, they r still not very defined as i will like to b. So, if i take some time off to train other parts, i will b sacrificing precious time for my chest, abs n shoulers (parts which i feel is most important to myself).
But, this hols prolly i will make myself more proportional. I dun wanna b bulky though. Just muscular n toned is nice.

Can i ask what have do ab exercises gotta do with cutting ur fat ;D fat loss is possible only through cardiovascular exercises+dietting anyway if ur doing a 6 day split like in ur webbi, u should have more then enuff time to build ur legs.No need to work chest and abs some many time a wk once would do.Btw ur quads look like ur calves, better work them of ull look like a arcitectually flawed building ;D with a tiny lobby and massive top level .
