yeah - like to see a pic of this! Don't think anyone would like to see. My bodyfat percentage is too much. My upper body is lousy, and I didn't even formally workout for my legs and back. They came from years of lugging heavy schoolbags around while walking long distances and climbing stairs. Thus, I suspect my leg bulk, as it is, is mostly endurance fibre.

No digital camera or cell-phone to take a picture with. Maybe I can get a relative to take my pic over the weekend. Until then, let's just say my upper body needs a lot of work.

Ok.
According to my RULER 1 inch = 2.5 CM k?
Assuming there ARE NO MORE THAN 12 INCHES in 1 FOOT!
Ok.. I am 177 cm.
177 divided by 2.5 cm = 70.8 inches.
70.8 inches divided by 12 =
5 feet (60 inches) with a remainder of 10 inches (70.8 subtracted by 60 equals 10).
Thus shou;dn't i be labelled as 5 ft 10 inches?
Rather than 5 ft 9? As this website suggests.
WTF?!

Update: 1.71m, 99kg. 1 inch = 2.54cm. 1 foot = 12 inches/30.48cm. 1 mile = Exactly 1.609344km.

Of course its losing steam. We're not yo-yo dieters, we can't change our bodyweight levels every other day.
