85kg 14% to 68kg 15% (6month break ;D) 68kg 15% to 72kg 14% (start of wk4 of retraining)
Height=1.78m
Muscle memory all the way ;D, squat and dls up by 5-7.5kg every week. Total Dbell bench up by 2.5kg every wk.
Total training days per wk=5
Eating abt 3.5-4k cals every day with abt 2g of protein per lb of body weight.
Will post my log once I finish my 52wk bulk.
Aims -110kg at 18%-20%bf (Best if lower bf) -4++plate squat and Dl for 10 reps -2++plate BBell bench for 10reps
Post bulk, 4mth slow cut to abt 90++kg and start powerlifting!!! ;D I wanna be strong!
