media.putfile.com/my-deadliftthe quality of the video is terrible. 1st 2 reps were not caught on the video as the guy that took the vid for me isnt sure about the vid operation. will do better next time. pay peanuts for the video cam and get monkey pics. Dont mind my stomach fats. i am already on diet.

nice weight, i remember i once tried a 200lb DL (i never ever do DL on a regular basics) for reps and my back died for 5 days. hence i'm always afraid to do DL

Same apply here . i used to deadlift as regular basis . Thereafter , i became lazier . Somehow because the next day , my hamstring will sore like hell and couldn't continue my sport . But well , that's because i used to Stiff legged deadlift.
