oracle is one beast.i saw the video and u really reminded me of ronnie's 800 pound deadlift.the grunting and the perfect form, no wonder u became so huge and strong in such a short amount of time for the CDANS strongman challenge.Kudos to u!u are the pride of sgmuscle.com!!

but i still cannot do chinups i trained as a bodybuilder prior to the contest but now, training are focus around 3 exercises; deadlift, squat and benchpress. among 3, i suck terribly at benchpress. it is one of the exercise that i dislike to do. do notice the small calves of mine. body is rather not proportionate. i take the 450lb deadlift for 3 reps next week. funny thing, once u do deadlift on a regular basis, u wont feel the sore nor pain. just light headed at times.

With your size and with that weight, you can make as much noise as you want lar. ;D If you don't like bench, do mpress instead. You can use your lower body strength to greater advantage whilst standing up. Don't worry about chin-ups lar. Have you been practising chin-ups at all? If you haven't, it's not surprising if you can't do any. As for your tummy, as long as your wife likes it, who cares?
