im 16 year old, workout my arms everyday... trying to bust up big arms to fill my tees... have been busting for so so so long my arms but they dont seem to grow.. post more next time. check out the skinny back lol. worked out my lats alittle sometimes. fruits of labour.

You want BIG arms, you have to EAT big...simple rule
great working of your back... all you need now is to bulk by eating more.. so you will grow bigger to fill up your tees..
dont bust your arms out everyday,, you are in overtraining mode right now, include COMPOUND movements too..
be an all-rounder... hit every part of your body

yeah thanks for the enlightenment. im eating big, dont know if its big enough. i'll try working out even, make a routine... all rounded routine. any of you guys live in the west? works out at clubfit LOL maybe i've seen you guys before.

Hey asylum, I myself have been frequenting the gym every single day in my office/camp place for the past month weeks, working arms with 7.5 kg weights (which i find heavy), but yet my arms are unchanged in size..
Understand this, Working out without protein/mass doesn't = BUFF SIZE.
Advice on pictures: Try to take your pics with only 1 light source, it can make anyone look great.
What is your daily intake of protein?

Understand this, Working out without protein/mass doesn't = BUFF SIZE. Advice on pictures: Try to take your pics with only 1 light source, it can make anyone look great. What is your daily intake of protein? Use yellow lights instead of white fluracent light ;D

lol delta clubfit... have you ever got told off by this crazy instructor, ah chan or something very lean muscles like bruce lee kind lean muscles. qualified instructor for lotsa stuffs kick boxing tai chi and so on, he always go around tell off bodybuilders those veterans saying they are doign this wrongly thsi that he encourages a 90kg bodybuilder to workout his biceps with 2kg barbell man. thats right 2kg, 1kg on each side of the bar. he totall defies allllll theories of bodybuilding. sometimes see him at bukit gombak clubfit heard he some tiems at delta also. dont like to see him hahas, always tell me off.

im not on any protein supplements. im only on very very low intake of creatine, say 750mg x 3pills per day. i think i just drink milk and eat eggs, banana hl 1 carton is = to 50g of protein. or normal hl 1 carton = 46g protein. compared to those protein shakes which provide u 22g per serving, however those protein shake ones are high quality proteins.
try to eat big the rest of the day, up my carbo. try to eat 3 potatoes per day too.
man.... my arms are just puny hahas my body is puny. lol trying as hard as possible to eat big. im sure im eating big already.
