in my view just keep it simple. stick to the basics 1gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.

Alot think that the more I train the bigger I get . This stupid line belongs to the old timer who knows no science at all abt how a body works . f**kING nuts . Your muscles don't grow in the gym ok they only grow when you are sleeping and with the right amount of nutrition . Even on steroids , alot think oh steroids burn fats WHAT THE f**k steroids does not burn fats at all it just help to preserve your lean body muscles under a calorie restricted enviorment . Things like clenbuterol , T3 , ephedrine , they only boost up your metabolic rate so you burn more calories btw , the three drugs mention above are not steroids . Some think ohh I am now taking clenbuterol , T3 and I can eat saty and all kinda nuts yeah go ahead bastard it don't work that way . Nutrition is the key and you go to the gym to stimulate the muscles ONLY .

Eat big also must eat the right kind of food.
The bread in burgers is white, bad choice. The patties are high in fat (and who knows what), bad choice.
What i can say is, eat as naturally as possible. God made things good in nature. It is man who destroys everything.
