Here's a picture of me, took it just for fun, kinda of stress preping for the exams... As you can see.. I'm not the lean type at the moment.. Not competiting.. so might as well stay off season until the target built has been reached... lol.. Any comments are welcomed.

My brutal honest opinion is, off-season or no, you need to cut, big time, but that's me otherwise, good job anyways, can see some arm and chest defination, you've any before pics? Keep on pumpin.

hmm... To cut or not to cut... To be big or not to be big... it's quite a difficult choice aint it? being big... people tend to say u r fat... being lean n ripped... people like to think u r g*y.. What irony... oh well... For me... what the hack... so long as u r happy with how u look... its just fine whether u r big n strong or lean n ripped... The big thing for me is... to be fit and healthy... it doesn't matter what pple think of me... ;D

Don't need to cut lar, be a strongman! lol... but I think I am carrying too much body fat already... thinking of cutting a bit then bulk up again... I am slowly working my way up the pundages.. lol.. recently just reached 3 45lbs plates per side for squats.. hopeing to add another before the new semester starts... need to find new ways of doing leg training as I am exhausting some of the machine options in the gym already...

Just prove them wrong lor.. If people think you are fat.. then wear tighter tee once and let them see how slim you are.. whatever lah.. There's enough time wasted on doing my own things and training liaoz.. one shld not have time to care what other people think behind our back. Only fool sterotypes. That's why I say below and everytime I post.. read V

Hmm, do you have a big belly or something? How do know if you have too much bodyfat? Take your time, and don't forget to cycle the weights. New ways to train legs? Eh, how about front squatting sometimes?

Wah . Hmm , I love leg training , i'm marathon/sprinter/athletics freak . I think my leg is genetic gifted , i can take 20-30sec of rest between each sets of 2.1/2 plates of squat with 5-6 repeition for 4 sets . my leg training can last as little as 30mins , including stifflegged deadlift for my hamstring . but for my others bodypart , specially my chest , i couldn't have that much of energy . And also , i always do 20mins of cardio before my leg training ( not recommanded) , with 10mins of lower intensity cardio and 10mins of high intense cardio(most unrecommanded before workout) , 2mins of cooldown . even with a super depleting muscle glycogen in my body , i still able to train my leg without feeling weak . but so far , have been training this way in and out for 1years plus , my poundage has increases , nevertheless , if cardio is intensity is reduce before workout , i bet i can squat more . too bad , i'm a persipration addictor
