www.picturetrail.com/gallery/view?p=999&gid=5765260&uid=2861356&members=1From starting of march to presently. about 28% to 13%. Height 174cm, 18yr old. My goal is still trying to lose 5-10lbs of fat if possible then bulk. But right now I am not sure. I think mself is skinny but not low enough level of bf. "skinny fat"? If I continue cutting I will be too skinny. But I don't wish to bulk now as I will be going to Malaysia in Chinese New Year and I intend to give my relative a nice surprise with my fat lost result. Between now and then is only about 11weeks left. I will not have time to cut after bulking. What do you guys think? Contiue cutting?

I think besides the fat, you have lost a great deal of muscle. I second fitmania's suggestion on taking up weight training. Drink whey also to prevent further muscle loss/promote muscle gain.

I started weight training about 4-5 months back , although with only very minimal or no strength gain at all at some muscles.

Try weight training .you will notice a change in bf level and increase in muscularity . i believe a "newbie" gain will get you somewhere to impress ur relative just to add on , if you are on a tight budget , you can skip the gym and try some body resistance workout like push up , pull ups until 60pushup and 15 pull ups is a "no kick ass" for you . push up and pull ups is a goood for building a base . after that , you may try go gym more efficient training and body altering

sushimon, nutrition is an important factor. You need to feed your muscles, otherwise they either won't grow or they do but are quickly lost.
I find that a PWO (postworkout) protein whey drink makes a huge difference. If you want more gains, add a food source that is high in GI. Eg: Glucose or Weet-Bix.
I find that the latter makes me gain fat so I only drink protein. It's slower, but will do for me. It might work differently for you so I suggest that you try.

Yar I think my diet is as good, it consists of 7 meals with total calories 2000, 50/25/25 P:C:F. Oatmeal, Chicken-Breast, Potatoes, Egg, Nuts, Vegies.
Workout- 4 cardio per week, each 45mins. 3 weight training. 1 day off.
I been following this program for the last 4-5months, with a small tweak here and there.

I do know where you're coming from, & wouldn't recommend whey-only for the bulking phase. My body responds negatively to carbs, & on whey-only I find that I am not losing muscle, but no considerable gains either. I am still in the PWO experimental stage & will make changes if need be. sushimon - I think you need to cut down on cardio since you've already successfully lost weight, & do more lifting to increase muscle mass (muscle burns fat). Heed the advise of these guys & remember your PWO nutrition. Also visit www.t-nation.com/index.do for world-class inspiration & advise.
