He looked flat cos he was depleted in carbs and was not allowed to carb up I suppose Exactly. Carb is needed to fuel thru training sessions and to fill up the muscles with glycogen. ;D

Furthermore, there is TKD for ppl like us which allows carb up after each workout which is necessary for us to train the following day ;D

Furthermore, there is TKD for ppl like us which allows carb up after each workout which is necessary for us to train the following day ;D For me one day if dun get at least 300g I will feel lethargy. ;D

Ater the third day, you will feel refreshed and full all the time. One of the worst sides is that you get a freaking wierd breath, Piss that smells worst then s h i t and sugar crave! ;D
