As in stuff you can get the supermarket, or any supplements? Anything you can get from the supermarket. But I am more interested in items like wholebread, cottage cheese, oat etc. ;D |

I always buy raw chicken breasts from NTUC and boil it and home and eat it... things i buy from NTUC: salmon chicken breasts tuna EFA oatmeal these are all I can remember at the moment... |

Now you remind me, I want to ask you, how come I look high and low in NTUC and cannot find the flaxseed oil they sell? |

where can i get frozen chicken breasts? can't seem to find it from NTUC... since we're on this topic. Just buy fresh ones from wet market. pack them individually in plastic bag and freeze them. Wet market = cheaper. If you go supermarket, get those Vietnamese fillet. Microwave them to get fast, good quality protein. ;D |
