some NTUC got the big box of ''tyson's frying chicken parts''
got breast, thingh, leg, blah blah to choose from. 2kg for around $8 iirc. frozen

Get things from the market, they are usually cheaper and fresher, eg:
Chicken breasts: Market: $1.50 (kampong chicken) NTUC: $2++
Salmon leftovers (got a lot of bones but still got a lot of meat): Market: $3.00/kg NTUC: at least $6.00/kg

Soory borrow this thread a bit. I cant seem to find cottage cheese in NTUC. Where is it??? Preferably someone who frequents Jurong Point NTUC or liberty can tell me. Thanks.

so far i get my bulla cottage cheese from Cold storage... its a small (like a tuna can) white and blue plastic tub
good amount of protein however i heard that it contains high sodium as well...
