do u guys think doing calf raises with the plank/shorter plank is effective? Cant seem to balance myself well enough on it

are u doing it at home or in the gym? usually, in the gym, they have these standing weighted calves raise. leg press are good except but they are limited to 500lb. so u will not find much challenge in them unless u do it standing on 1 foot. btw, i have seen a guy doing seated barbell calve raise in a power rack before. and he is not a newbie somemore.

it says so on the machine. i didnt thought so initially, only after reading em. just doesn't hit em very much.

Might as well say walking works the calfs also. Well IT DOES, but if you want direct isolation, then just do the seated calf press machine or donkey calf raise.

To isolate the hams ull have to do ur leg curl with ur calves pointed i tink, Im not too sure, i haver goit to do a check
