Anyone know where is a good place to get gym equiptment? can someone gib me a rough pricing for 1 power rack+1 adjustable bench+1olympic weight set?

last time i checked with aibi; power rack - $1.7K adjustable bench - $500 315lb olympic set - $800-900
still quite worth it if u compare it against the planet fitness pricings. However, u might want to check weider sports shop at shaw house. power rack is about 9' in height. fyi.

i will definately get a power rack as i get older. but my father aren't gonna get one anytime soon, heh. imho it's a sound investment, that with a bench provides almost everything you need for lifting

i will definately get a power rack as i get older. but my father aren't gonna get one anytime soon, heh. imho it's a sound investment, that with a bench provides almost everything you need for lifting As long you you got a place to put, they are a good investment. ;D

get 1 pair of 2.5kg, 5kg and 10kg, the rest just pile in the 20kg plates. make sure u got some serious heavy duty rubber mat below the rack or else neighbours downstair will complain. or else, try buying a flat at ground floor or a landed property, hougang and thomsom's freehold house are going for $800-900k+... u might want to consider that.

saw similar model but square one at aibi there.. but u think they can last? think u need the 150lb dumbbells type lah.
