so you are the new moderator ? introduce yourself to let people know more about you I feel honoured to be invited to become a moderator here. I have been into bodybuilding on and off for 10 years plus and love it. I am opened to all types of bodybuilding, natural or assisted, it is a personal choice whatever you choose just don't overdo it, I choose to do it drug-free though. I hope to contribute to the discussion here to promote bodybuilding lifestyle in Singapore. Mr Fitmania, I have read some of your posts, I must say you are very knowledgeble for a sixteen years old bodybuilder.

At that time, I also thought Anabolic Paks are perfect Steroid replacement. You are way ahead of the sixteen year old me, at your current age. Some of my recommendations, not just on training cos it will be too boring. 1) Poliquin's Principles (Not bad, but don't take his nutrition recommendations too seriously) 2) Ultimate Bodybuilding by Weider is not too bad for its realistic routines for drug free bodybuilders, some sections on diet for beginner, intermediate, advance not bad either 3) Did you read Sam Fusell's Confessions of an unlikely bodybuilder? 4) How about the unauthorised biography of Arnold Schwarzenegger

I know Hardcore, he's fine and maybe busy. Don't worry about it. I am sure you know me and Hardcore are different identities, because of our writing style is very different. I train at a CC gym.
