Hey u guys remember when i said i got a knee sprain a while ago?
Well my meniscus is still injured though everything else is fine. It hurts my knee when i run or i bend on one leg on it. But i can still do heavy leg presses curiously..
Hurtz when i run.
One thought would be to do leg presses and leg extentions to build more muscle which could possibly take the strain off my knee/meniscus.. SO i could lessen the pain.
Any thoughts?

Stay away from machines! It only tends to damage joints to their fixed movement path. Read Paul Chek's article on Pattern Overload. www.chekinstitute.com/articles.cfm?select=27 What about doing bodyweight squats instead?

Machines, PAH!!! Don't bother with them. Front squat front squat front squat, bodyweight then weighted. And take glucosamine sulphate, crushed seashells really work.

Huh? It doesn't? Then the primary school milk scheme (you remember right?) is fake? If it's not calcium, then what?
