What should i do other than seeing a doctor? Can i just rest and let it heal by itself?

Resting works for me, but you'll be out of commission for a couple of days, maybe even a week. You really wanna wait that long?

What's actually mean by pulled muscle ? The different is , you need not pay money when you rest for 1 week at home On the other hand , you have to pay money if you see doctor

The usual RICE treatment works. Can still continue training but avoid exercises that target the injured muscles directly.

I agree with hermanchau.
RICER is one of the best. RICE (in this case) for about 3 days at least.
