Haha, this section came just when i needed help. It's like that, i hurt my shoulder about 2 weeks ago while doing barbell pullovers. I dont know what happen, i was in the middle of the pull and then my shoulder kinda dislocated, seriously, i dont know what happen. I pulled the barbell up and then my shoulder hurts, now it will only hurts a little when i do pull ups or shoulder exercises, should i see a doctor or what?

as the pain has been going on for quite a while, i suggest u to see a doctor

sounds like subluxation(partial dislocation) of the shoulder joint to me. think u better go see a doctor and lay off the shoulder exercises for a while. in the mean time u can do some rotator cuff exercises to decrease the chances of getting another subluxation.
