HardCore: I know that your Malaysian. When did you come over to the US?
Wong: I came to USA in Nov 2000
HardCore: What are your current measurements? What's your on and off-season weight?
Wong: Current measurements: neck: 20" arms: 21" chest: 54" waist 32" thighs 31" calves 19 " off season body weight: 250lbs (115kg) contest body weight: 220 lbs (100 kg)
HardCore: How did you get into Bodybuilding? How many competitions have you competed in? How long have you been competiting?
Wong: I got into boybuidling during my secondary school years. I was in the track and field team and we were required to train with weights for added strength and power. My body responded very well to weight training and the rest is history. I have done more than 25 contests so far since 1995. I have been competing since 1995
HardCore: What's your usual workout plan?
Wong: In the off season, i train very heavy with 4-6 reps in each set. Lots of compound movement like squats, military prress, barbell rows, deadlifts, bench press barbell curls, etc. Rest tempo between each set is 2-3 minutes.
HardCore: What supplements do you reccomend teenagers to use?
Wong: I would recommmend beginners to take good quality protein powders (whey protein) and some creatine. Protein shake can be taken everyday but cycle the creatine intake.....2 months on, 1 month off.
HardCore: What's your diet?
Wong: I always eat a balanced meals. 50% of total calorie intake come from carbs, 40% from protein and 10% from fats. Total daily calorie intake around 4,000 (for my bodyweight of almost 115kg). I eat chicken breast, lean beef, eggs, fish for protein, rice, pasta, breads for carbs, and flaxseed oil and natural oil come from fish for healthy fat intake. I drink plenty of water throughout the day.
HardCore: What do you think of Singapore? Any plans on dropping by?
Wong: I think Singapore is a great country. All walks of life living in a prosperous and peaceful country. Bodybuilding is big in Singapore. People are very health conscious and many of them are keeping themselves fit by going to the gym. I like to see that! I will definitely drop by Singapore when I visit Malaysia this year.
HardCore: Lastly, what advice would you like to give to all the teenage bodybuilders out there?
Wong: Be patient...Rome was not built in a day. Train consistently, eat balanced meals, and get plenty of rest.

This guy is quite tall and look like Augustine Lee of Singapore. To place higher on the pro circle, he need to get his back thicker. But he is definitely Asian's top few, he look even better than Ali Rai (from Indonesia).
