Looking for a fat burner on the market ? afraid to be hook up by the hype ?
Try prima-force lean green . 500mg of potent green tea extract with high concentrated of ECCG - catechin . As it's has the properties of nutrient partioning(both muscle and fats) , thus it's will be a good product for body recomposition .
It works a anti-oxidant which is 20-30times(in general) stronger than vitamin C and E . it helps in glucose uptakes on some research and also help in lipolysis . there's one research i seen is that body composition has change , bodyfat was reduce and the weight remain unchange . what does this mean ? meaning that the increase in insulin sensitivity , increase glucose uptake and nutrient partioning effect maybe true in reality .
Green tea extract with caffine help to work better as a thermogenic compare to green tea extract alone as it contain only significant amount of caffeine .
this just a brief idea of having a cheaper stack rather than buying some thermogenic that cuase 60-100 bucks . both caffeine and green tea extract cost less than 50 bucks . and the effect is proven .
every 500 of catechin , use 200mg of caffeine with it . best taken after the pre workout meal for increase enegry and also helps in fat burnering . for the beinging , 200mg of caffeine may be too potent , thus you can try to break the tablet into 2 . Whenever taking caffeine , it will be good to take with vitamin C to reduce cortisol release by our body . 200mg will do for a single dose .
so my stack is vitamin C 200mg Green tea extract 500mg + caffeine anhyrous 100mg - twice a day . =) vitamin C can up to 1g per day . no problem with that
after all , it's just my personal experiance with green tea , just to share with everyone , i give a thumbs up for the cost effciency and the proven studies shown in many research for fat losing .

Each doses of vitaminc should at 50-200mg , anything more than it MAY have countereffect .

Each doses of vitaminc should at 50-200mg , anything more than it MAY have countereffect . The few studies I can find, mostly used about 500mg to 1500mg a day to get reduction in oxidative markers post exercise. I used to break my 500mg vit C tabs into 2 and take 1/2 each time, twice a day when I was in Australia. But in Singapore I just take a 500mg-1000mg cap in the morning. Aside from reduced oxidative stress with vitamin C supplementation, vit C at about 1000mg a day may reduce the onset or duration of infections based on some studies. When it comes to vitamin C saturation, there are 2 areas of consideration. 1) tissue saturation, 2) plasmic saturation. To get tissue saturation, 300mg a day for at least 2 weeks. Plasmic saturation, will require more regular intake of vit C, like every few hours. Some extremists (one of them is a past Nobel prize winner) avocate up to 10-20g of vitamin C daily to maintain tissue plasmic saturation. Nowadays few people take so much except for terminally ill patients who will try anything that may help. Mega doses of Vit C have several undesirable effects. 1) rebound scurvy (when the high dose is stopped abruptly, body cannot get use to the drastic drop), 2) increase risk of oxalate stones, 3) increase absorption of iron (undesirable for men)/or other heavy metals like mercury.

it's just a general estimation of cafffeine content in the coffee as it's depend on how you brew , how it's extract and when it extract .
