1) Lay on a flat bench, place your feet flat on the floor. Grasp a dumbbell in each hand and hold the weights Straight up above your head. The dumbbells should face forward.
2) Lower the weights toward your Outer chest, keeping them balanced and under control.
3) Let the dumbbells down as far as you can. Getting a full stretch in the pecs at the bottom.
4) Drive the weights back up and lock your arms straight Overhead and get a peak contraction on top. Then repeat till you've finished your set.

Is this acceptable? I don't think he is performing bench press. Looks like he is trying to jerk it up after his clean gone wrong more than pressing them

Ha ha, actually that is a picture of Russian gymnast-turned-world record bench presser, Irina Krylova. It's a she, not a he! At 97 pounds, she bench pressed 231 and, after increasing her weight to 114, she benched 281. Check out www.benchpresschampion.com That's how a world record bencher presses. So I suppose that's the right way?

sure, this must the correct way to benchpress your way to world records with a flat chest... but i prefer to stick to my non-record breaking methods for a fuller chest
