oh, 200 times daily for each ab exercise or something. VERY AMBITIOUS!!! So what made you want to have abs? I'm helping my friend have 4 pack abs within 2 - 5 weeks. She wants to feel it and show it off to many of her friends.

Mmmm........I just wants to have a nice abs that's all. My instructors divide their 200 abs into 50x4 differrent timing daily (morning, afternoon, late afternoon n evening)

it doesn't make ur waist look wider but its true u gotta waste those bodyfats. everybody wants to see those washboard abs and not jelly fats ;D

also jaslynk u can do abs exercise to tone or improve ur abs hiding behind ur fats. just try to lose those bodyfats

The last 2 exercises works the leg extenders which makes ur waist wide ;D BTW doing so many reps will not give u bigger abs(though to a certain extend) U want bigger abs fast, use weights and keep to 8-12 reps ;D

Hi buddies, Thanks for all the suggestions. I need that. My female instructors train daily just to keep fit, healthy n strong. And they even have to train so many students and give so many cardios classes every day. So fit!

All personal trainers are like that, working out hard enough to maintain a good, healthy, strong and fit body. Some of us people want to become like them. So we workout alot and also help out other people like you and I. ;D
