lol that sound very american to me. I almost thought that for women fit=11-13% bodyfat any lower jaw line will be visible=look like men is somewhat referring to those from Thailand. ;D Wad tokin ;D

u dunt always get strength by working on legs and arms but you do get them from martial arts. ;D

Eh, compare apples with apples, oranges with oranges. Strength comes in many flavours. That guy must have been a gymnast or something!

So I actually practive them a bit although its not always useful unless you're an old man with strong inner chi after years of kung fu, wushu, silat etc.;D

Tai Chi Chuan relies on the opponent wasting his own energy and moving in flow with the attacks. The 10-people-pusher won't get anywhere.
