um.. fellas, can tell me what this section is for again? i click on "women's fitness and health" expecting to find sound advice and discussion like the other topics in this awesome forum but apart from the occasional article on workout routine for women, most of it is just making fun of their eating habits, etc..
is this a case of reverse psychology to get women interested in getting into shape to join this forum?

ooopsss.
We dont mean to make fun of them,, we are just criticising the diets that have been surrounding them
We will work on this section asap..
All of us are busy working on the articles for the training and nutrition area..
