just did a 5 plates a side squat but really cannot go to parallel coz my infrastructure is not there yet. even with knee wrap on 1 legs and belt, it prove to be a challenge. so have to get a better knee wraps from Ultimatesg and use a tougher belt for the next round of squat. apart from that, my left knee hurts coz i ran out of glucosamine sulphate. Immediately went to buy 3 bottles and start the 2g consumption. hopefully, i can adapt to the new load and can squat without the knee wraps in 3 months time.

relax bro! ;D isnt it more challenging to do squats in gd form instead of piling on the weight?

relax bro! ;D isnt it more challenging to do squats in gd form instead of piling on the weight? not if u are in the powerlifting passion. according to the strength chart www.ultimatesg.com/capjarticle.html, i'm considered below average strong. among the ten finalists of the strongmen, i'm the weakest. Just imagine what kind of poundages the rest are pulling..
