i have done single arm row, well... sort of like dumbell row except use an olympic bar with weights. Still not helping in my DL performance.. think it hit different muscle group, right?

yea, wrong dept of hitting. from what i gather from the net, i will be planning to do this next week to improve my DL. target is 400lb (180kg)
Rack Pull At Knee Height 180kg 2 set x 2 reps Rack Pull At Shin Height 160kg 2 set x 2 reps reverse Deadlift 120kg - 140kg 2set of 6 reps
