Almost anything you try will work beacsue of your low training age. regds jonathan

I was plump previously. I weighed 75kg 6 months ago. I managed to shed 7kg in 6 months and my abs r now showing. On top of that, my chest n shoulders r pretty defined. I have seen some of the pics of the pple whom have been training for yrs and most of them are massive but not defined. That's the problem most body-builders face. I think that wat most pple actually want is those lean model look and not just a huge physique. Though i am relatively new to this scene, i have built a relatively gd bod in the past 6 months and i wanna share w pple how they can do it in the shortest possible time.
Btw, thx for referring pple to my site.
