Can tell in ur last few reps, u were leaning forward a bit, turning ur squat into a hybrid squat/goodmorning movement. Notice ur feet stance is close, any particular reason? Cos i always thot the typical powerlifting stance for squat is wide legs. Just my $0.02

Good job man! ;D
Message CaptJ at HWZ and let him see the vidclip, I'm sure he'll give good pointers.
Agree with Everlast, the last three reps you were leaning forward. How deep should a barbell squat be anyway? Until calves touch the butt right? Yeah I can see the rack doesn't allow it, but just asking anyway.

proper form for barbell back squat. *bar rests high on the traps. *back out of the rack slowly. *feet are less than shoulder with apart. *inhale a deep breath and begin descending by bending at the hips and knees. *during the descent buttocks stay in line with the body and knees extend over the insteps of the feet. *when u reach the point where the tops of your thighs are parallel to the floor, forcefully push back to erect position. *dont allow your knees to drift toward each other. *dont allow your back to bend forward or cave in.

look properly at the form he in, when he is doing the squat. *knees too close to one another. *his back drift too forward, allowing his lower back to come into the exercise.

thanks for the pointers, guys. i do narrow stance as i use the pressure of the belly compressing onto my thigh to stablize my core. i can use wide stance but the weights will have to reduce by as much as 30-40% as it will be a purely hamstring, glute and quads strength with lower back as stablising muscles. in the long run, have to spread the legs (pardon the pun ) coz when i tried to hit the 300kg on quater squat, the body adjust to wide stance and straight back.
