What's your goal? If it's to compete then by all means do what you have to do. But if you're doing this to prove someone wrong, most likely you will never be satisfied with yourself. What if someone else drops you another "you can never be big"? Going to make yourself even bigger just to "prove" him wrong? Whatever your goals, just remember to love what you're doing and love what you are. That's the only way to keep training long term. Training to prove others wrong will eventually and inevitably make it become so disgusting that you'll never do it again (I'm assuming you want to keep training in the long term).
In 2-3 years you have almost doubled your bodyweight. That's a great achievement, I take my hat off to you. When you reach 120kg, I sincerely hope you find what you're looking for.
A bit of trivia. At any point of time a person will have at the very least 5% bodyfat. Anything below that, and he's dead.

Hey idiot, there are four kinds of fat in the body. Three can be lost through diet and exercise. The last one is called brown fat. It surrounds and protects your internal organs. IT IS USUALLY 5% OF YOUR BW. YOUR BODY WILL DIE FIRST BEFORE YOU LOSE THAT. Don't believe me, go and read up first! Still don't believe me, go ahead and TRY to get below 5%, I'll see your face in the obituary!

i don't agree with the name calling, but jonathon boey is obviously wrong. DEAD WRONG.
who said lower BF% has always to do with losing fat?? I think you're parroting too much from other sites that you forget to apply some common sense. A little maths will show you why you're wrong.
200lb @ 5% BF - 190lb lean mass, 10lb fat mass
after bulking up, assuming fat stays constant at 10lb. That includes your ''brown fat too''
250lb @ 4% BF - 240lb lean mass, 10lb fat mass.
BF drops without fat mass dropping. tra-lalala.
case close. jonathon wrong ocelot wins.

So are you telling me if I have 30% bodyfat now, I can reduce it according to percentage to say 10% by increasing my muscle mass ? Sure, that's one way to play with percentages, but the fact still remains I've got a whole lot of fat. Percentages, like statistics, don't tell the whole story. I don't know where you cooked up your theory from pal, it doesn't work that way. Fat loss is always active reduction of fat, not active increase of other things to mask the amount of fat. Case closed, you're logic is flawed. Hope you're not one of those people who mask their fatness by increasing muscle size and then walk around thinking they're so big and strong.
