dunno... i am tummy fat haha my arms gor big veins poppin out... but tummy...haha Cool thing is i actualyl gained DL and Close stance squat strength:)

hi CJ, I really enj your inputs and the discussion put by so far. So much enlightenment, who makes me curious and look up further. Just wondering how do you know so much? From texts, internet or you have professional qualifications? Pls advise...cheers

Its a passion, and its just trying stuff, watching what others do, adn reading everything... from FLEX to Science journals haha then apply... the SSC library is your friend. ANYBODY who can apply what is read in the late Mel Siff's Supertraining is WELL on their way to deep understanding of exercise science. I dare not say im there yet... but the fundamentals are in place.

lol. captnJ has ISSA and DSW Fitness certifications he's attended some coaching clinics locally too i think (but im not very sure about this) But i daresay that alot of his input here doesn't come from this ISSA or DSW course, but his extra reading/learning. he's got books and videos and broadband connection and library membership www.exrx.net is a great place to start picking up some basic knowledge
