i worked out from an endomorph state so it is difficult for me to cut down. so take it with a pinch of salt when u see mine. anyway, all in all, two years of workout.. only start squatting/DL this feb.

Hmmm nice chest...How i wish i gt such body...Do u train lower chest too???Cos i cant get the cutting for my chest...I only train upper n middle section

I place greatest emphasis on upper chest and the cleavage(the part bet the pecs). I only do 3 kinds of exercises for chest. Incline bench, flat bench, dumbell flyes. However, since i place greatest emphasis on upper chest, i do incline first, followed by dumbbell flyes. When i see myself not improving, i will change the dumbbell flyes to first, then incline bench. Upper chest is harder to train than the lower chest region. Btw, how old r u?

I am 21yrs of age....Yup i do the same chest w/o as u...Hope to see great results in a few months time...

Cos i want definition. Usually, on my last count, i will cheat a little cos i dun have a buddy plus i really carry to the max. Cos i believe that the heavier u carry, the bigger u get. I dunno if it's true. But i push myself to the max in reps n poundage. Will someone advise on this?

Ya ur body would only adapt if it encounter stress so sae if u lift 100kg for 6 reps today and 100kg for 6 reps again the nxt wk, ull haf no growth.If u did 101kg for 6 reps instead, then there would be growth as new stress is being exerted on the body ;D
