The brain is quite important actually.
A lack of proper knowledge leads to gains beneath one's potential for the period trained.

i think it is the anus. why? coz there is this story that goes like this;
once, all the parts of the body argue with each other who is the most important part in the body and while they were arguing, anus keep jumping yelling; "i'm important". Everyone saw and laugh at him. So anus goes on strike, refuse to pass out the faeces for 1 whole week. Then the toxins buil up, eyes, nose and all parts cannot function well. So in the end, they conceded defeat and gave the title of BOSS to anus. So, moral of the story, BOSS is an a**hole. BOSS is the one that give out sh*t. or, BOSS is like a soiled diapers, always on your ass and full of sh*t. ;D

Actually it's gd to wanna train all parts at the same time. But i am sure that it's very difficult to achieve overall strength n muscles. I trained for 4 months 6x a week and the result i see isn't as gd as i will like. even though i work my abs 6x a week, i still dun get really nice abs that i wanna get. So, i feel that unless u r really determined, it's not possible to train all parts n make them big n defined unless u r talking abt yrs. For me, i will rather prefer focus on specific parts n make them nice n defined in the shortest possible time and when i m satisfied, i will move to the next part.

So flawed.. i think you saying this speaks volumes of your nutrition and weight training habits. It is by no means impossible to be well built and balanced. Hell, i bet i can help ANY guy achieve balance with just 3 days a week training.. Colin, volume is not the issue here.. we aren't on roids, volume workouts just ain't cut out for natties.. plus the fact we're asians. d**n, 6 days a week, i'd be burnt out before i can say S-Q-U-E-E-Z-E!! Take away point, bbing is i dare say, easily 70% nutrition.

Well, i guess i haven't been reading enough real body-building stuff and only browsing all the model sites for tips. But well, i see results, so i m gonna stay w my training. Unless i dun, then there's something terribly wrong.
Maybe when i stop seeing improvements, i will try your method n not train so hard?

Haha ya ;D do anything that works even if its 7days a week.Its only a matter of whether ur growing or not; not what i nor even the smartest gym guru in the world have said.Hu knoes u might juz have some super human recovering abilities which defies all.(we are living in the MAtrix and there is no sthingy) ;D Btw one things for sure work the legs ;D

Btw, let my bod bear testimony to what i say. Everything i do is listed in my workout regime. Not a single exercise is bluff. I'm still not as muscular and defined as i will like myself to be, but that's what i got in 4 months. www.geocities.com/zktan2003

Something that crossed my mind. Why do u talk about helping pple get a balanced bod n not abt getting a balanced bod urself? Have u gotten a balanced bod urself already? If not, how can u hlp? Y dun u include a link or something to some pic of urs so we can see ur results? Yeah i agree i do work out a little too hard n sometimes, i do feel like giving up. But 1 thing i m sure: Ur mind's the strongest muscle. If u got the determination, nothing is impossible. It's even more important than all the supplements n exercises u do. Abt the supplements, yes i use them from day 1 of my training. I started loading creatine before i started my regime of 6x a week training. Plus whey n fat burner. But that's all i use. Frm wat i see here, that's pretty standard. N i have neva taken any steroids before. It was all pure determination. Not some super human drug i took or me being super human. Sure 4 months is a short time. But won't u say i got some results that some might take longer to achieve? I think that wat ever works for u is the "right" gym regime. Like someone said in a previous thread somewhere, there r no standard regimes that we should follow. For me, i just think that if u believe hard enough n work hard enough, u will get what you want. Gd luck! Keep us posted of ur results. So flawed.. i think you saying this speaks volumes of your nutrition and weight training habits. It is by no means impossible to be well built and balanced. Hell, i bet i can help ANY guy achieve balance with just 3 days a week training..
