ya i know this isn't a fantastic receipe but... i bought 1 bag of potatoes from nearby carre4. get a microwaveable container. Throw 2 potatoes into the container and put it in the microwave oven, set for 4 mins and woala, baked potato in an instance.
one bag of potatoes of $2.20 can last anyone 2 weeks. coupled with whey protein, u got 1 good protein and carbs intake prior to workout.

Yeah I do that too, sometime also with sweet potato. Even though potato have a rather high GI, it is quite a good dieting food. It's satiety index (a new way of measuring how satieting a food) is high.
