eh i do 4-6reps....i think i cheated....hahaha
But seriously how do u guys improve ur squats...quite hard to maintain knees behind toes....den 30kg on each side of the bar is no joke....

awww . that's a easy question , i cook for myself for 2 years and i found that the best way to cook chicken tunil it's turn tender is to boil the water until bubble come out , slice the chicken breast into small slices or pieces , den put into the boiled water , 3-4 mins done ! note - boil the water until bubble come out , alot bubble to be precise .
