Na i dun work my legs, i can bench 5plates but only able to squat the bar ;D from far, ull see a huge body floating in mid-air + i cannot walk more the 10steps without falling down........... TRAIN UR LEGS ;D (btw i still feel u should gib incentive to a young boy like me )

guys... you got to set higher goals for yourself...vixen weighs around 50kg (correct me if im wrong) and squats a max of aobut 75 ( i feel she has 80 in her if properly psyched up)... 1.5X... at least and still improving constantly after some previous setbacks and some technique work. so for a male... 1.9 is really not too much to ask. but all of you better work your hamstrings and glutes else theres no pie for anybody haha ask yourself how many of you actually do Good mornings, speed squats, speed deadlifts, wide stance work, weighted ab and lower back work, read up on squat technique, do pullthroughs instead of pullovers, bracing your core instead of flexing your abs? no time.... stop curling! stop all the multitude of angles of bench presing! train your posterior chain and core and teh pie will certainly be yours. Even tall people not gifted for squatting can do 1.9. personally i have longs limbs and short torso bad for squatting and benching so everybody can stop givn excuses its pathetic haha but the pie is indeed brilliant so i forgive you. i say agian 1.9 is VERY REASONABLE STOP WHINING, READ WHAT I WRITE IF YOU WANT PIE. better still read all of loiuie simmons, dave tates and other good coaches' artices, hey if I learnt from them so can you. no offense, but does Vixen right now have a big butt? mine did increase and so is my stomach region. Not those pot belly but it is broad like a tree trunk.
