Was thinking of taking Oatmeal and whey seperately last nite PWO, then realise i was too lazy. So i juz scoop 3 tablesthingys of oatmeal, 10ounces of cold milk and 2 scoops of whey. Mixed them up and it taste pretty good! Even better than whey w/ milk... Btw, its quaker's instant oatmeal.. Nutritional Value: 77grams protein 11grams carbs

Oh, forgot to include the milk... This is how i eat oatmeal: 1.Put 15 scoops of oats 2.Pour masters pure slim to the brim 3.Stir with sthingy 4.Chunk it down ur throat before the oats soften *This trick is only applicable for skim milk, other milk like HL which are sweeter make u puke when chunking down ur throat. ;D

erm..but mine is not instant oatmeal..also can? Scared later diarrohea.. whats the difference between low and high GI? sorry im newbie..need guide no problem with the oatmeal High GI foods are digested and absorbed very quickly. This makes your body release a lot of insulin. When this happens it makes blood sugar levels fall sharply, sometimes to lower than before eating. This can make your body think it is low in fuel, and so give you an earlier hunger signal. Eating foods that are low GI can help people to lose weight or to keep it off because they are more satisfying. This is because they are digested and absorbed much more slowly than high GI foods. This means that blood sugar levels stay steady for much longer and this helps to keep hunger at bay.
