1kg of chicken breast or fillet 3 tablesthingy of tandoori powder 1 teasthingy of Pan salt 1 small tub of low fat natural yogurt 1 small lemon 2 tablesthingy of olive oil
Method
Clean and remove skin and traces of fats Mix all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stirr well Add chicken and rub marinate well into each piece Marinate for at least 45 mins (best overnight)
Cooking
Pan fry with a little olive oil or grill them with a spray of olive oil.
