1 cup cottage cheese 1 scoop whey 1 tbsp PB 2 tbsp flax meal blend it all up and add a dash of cinnamon
55 g of protein, 16 g of carbs, 21 g of fat
Healthy Meal before bed !!!

Mine gets me at least 96 grams of protein, 45 grams of carbs and 30 grams of fat(Half of that fat being useful EFAs).
