That's kinda hardcore....is the shake better absorbed by the body? Can't we just eat it normally? Not much of inconvenience rite? I dunno much....

yeah thats some sick shi*... why not try mine instead? one whole chicken breast, milk, yams..blend it well and chunk it down. add pepper to taste.

sometimes when i'm sick enough... i'll add everything into the blender.... vegies, fruits, chicken, yams, oatmeal, protein powder, milk, even rice for dinner.

i buy the NTUC brand tuna
the salmon has more protein
