Ok i have seen mayn things like
Monday : chest and biceps Tuesday Legs and abs... etc...
Actaully telling people like that is uh... meaningless. Here is how its done if you are serious about getting a proper opinion on a trainign plan.
Day: e.g monday Exercise (NOTE NOT BODYPART!): e.g squat Reps: X Sets: Y Weight: GIVE AS A % of your 1rm... 100kg to me may be alot to me but to Ronnie coleman is a warmup!
Rest time: you are having timed rest instead of looking at girls of chatting with yo friends right?
Tempo: XYZ X=eccentric, y= pause, Z = concentric given in seconds. e.g. 202... 302 etc
any special notes: eg. isometric 5 sec hold at midpoint
Please present your plan in the above format, only then does it make sense. Anything less is really USELSSS.
