as long as it works, there's hardly any difference between them, at the end of the day, swole, CEE, creatine mono ALL end up as the plain jane in your muscles.

hmmm....nv use and ur strength so big!!!! wao...muz be eating alot and alot and alot...all natural??i very interested in ur diet and supplements yo sir, it is how u train in the gym. not what u eat, although the latter does play a crucial role, nevertheless, the primary determining factor is your trainings; how heavy u are going, types of training and frequency of it. i but what is your goal in weight training? IMHO, if u are going to spend $100/mnth for supps, why not pay a strength trainer and get some real training knowledge and experience? such a knowledge gain will last u a lifetime.
