Personally i tried once and felt nothing . Sometime stays simple . protein powder , Fish oil , Anti-oxidant and maybe creatine . Other than that , No well-established research on such new product or relatively new product . Things we might look into consideration - Safety of supplementation : Since it's a relative new product , little research has shown the safety of consume , in term of long or short run . - Price : With that price , you can easy get a bag of matrix 5 or ISS micellar protein , which both i think a quality protein . At least you get something "scientifically" proven for muscle development . Rather than making guessing game , buy something confidence in .

I fully agree with your point about sticking to the basics and time-tested stuff. I will give the same opinion on NO.... If it works Pro bodybuilders should be abusing Viagra. But I have never heard of Bodybuilders benefiting in muscle growth from Vigara. ;D

But I am not convinced. Muscle and that thing different lah. ;D

NO2 is jacknuts for contributing to any muscle growth.
you want a pump, get some cheap l-arginine, but getting a bigger pump DOES not mean anything.
stick to the basics. fish oil, multivitamin, creatine, a protein powder.
