Hi guys, is Milo good for PWO? thinking of replacing my PWO with Milo+milk+Oat+glucolin and food for the rest of my daily protein requirement.

why dont u wanna get a proper PWO??
when u mix anything with milk and oats together.. the digestion will be slowed down substantially.. whereas your PWO should work the opposite

why dont u wanna get a proper PWO?? when u mix anything with milk and oats together.. the digestion will be slowed down substantially.. whereas your PWO should work the opposite i tried adding milk to my PWO before and didn't notice any difference in the digestion rate. in fact i recovered faster and noticed more gains than taking whey+glucose+water, usually i'll feel hungry again 2hrs after taking my PWO drink and meal but even adding milk and oats doesn't change that. it works for me but i'm always experimenting so i would like to see if my gains would suffer if i leave out whey altogether.
