Hi all...Any supplements to improve digestion?? Cos i believe we eat n eat n eat, alot of gas form up worst the food cant be digest properly and cant make much gains... Secondly anyway to help lactose intolerence??

Take lactase pills. But these are not cheap. Otherwise limit your lactose intake per meal.

i drink 1 cup of milk only i will waterfall liao To minimise lactose intolerance do the following:- 1) Try taking whole milk rather than low fat ones. 2) Try taking 1/2 cup at a go rather than 1 cup. 3) Try taking milk with solid food. Most people can digest like 5g of lactose per meal as they still have some lactase activity in their body.

should take a look at those natural enzymes supplement. For his case, the culprit is Lactose, so need lactase or need to limit lactose. ;D

should take a look at those natural enzymes supplement. Not all enzyme supplements work well. For his second case, the culprit is Lactose, so need lactase or need to limit lactose. ;D
