before we get down to any creatine questions...
have you done the loading phase??
Creatine works much much better if the loading phase was performed
If you did perform the loading phase, you take your creatine after workout with your post workout shake
A lot of factors take in to account of your development, are you sleepin enough, eating, and training

Even if just take just once a day. By 14 days of cont. taking, most people should feel some boost like able to do more reps and sets, with at least 1 kg plus increase in body weight. But if taken once a day, saturation will occur in 30 days of continuous taking. Try taking Creatine with 50-100g of carbo will increase its absorption. Also ensure that your carb, protein intake is adequate. Benching 180lb for 6 reps, what is your weight? ;D

Loading is a standardised way in the scientific community to ensure saturation within the shortest time (4-5 days) without causing gastro intestinal discomfort in most subjects. 15g a day is too much for your weight. Instead, I recommend this regimen. It works well for most people ranging from 65kg to 80kg. On training days, take 5g creatine monohydrate with breakfast daily and another 5g after training with a high carbo meal. On non-training days just take a 5g dose with breakfast, no need to take another dose in the same day. Personally, I have never seen any non-respondent to creatine monohydrate. It makes me wonder if those non-responders in studies: could they have been those who did not follow the instruction properly but did not admit to the researchers.

180 pounds for 6 would roughly translate to a 220 plus pund bench press which is actually very good when u compare urself among fellow asians.if u think u still are unable to fully absorb the creatine even after following the loading phase, then try ultimate's way of putting one sthingyful into ur mouth before washing it down with 1 glass of water.in my opinion, it works well but the taste could be improved:)

He reported bloated stomach, diarrhea episodes after taking Creatine. He also reported to have very bad lactose intolerance. My guess is he may have a very sensitive digestive system. Creatine Monohydrate do have a plastic smell if you sniff it from the bottle. I am not sure if it is the platic bottle, but when dissolve in beverage, it do not have any taste or smell.

But is a good idea to have some carbo with Creatine as the insulin enhance transport of Creatine into cells. Protein with Creatine do not offer much advantage in enhancing Creatine absorption.
